Shielded Data Center Equipment — Building a Solid "Electromagnetic Protection Barrier" for Precision Electronic Environments

In scenarios such as data centers, precision laboratories, medical operating rooms, and military measurement and control, electronic devices have extremely high requirements for electromagnetic environments. External electromagnetic interference can cause data errors, performance degradation, or even malfunction; At the same time, electromagnetic radiation generated by the equipment itself may leak, posing information security risks or interfering with surrounding equipment. As the core infrastructure of electromagnetic protection, shielded equipment in the equipment room effectively blocks external electromagnetic interference by creating fully enclosed electromagnetic shielded spaces, suppressing internal electromagnetic radiation leakage, and providing a safe and pure operating environment for precision electronic devices.


The shielded equipment we develop and manufacture strictly follows national and industry standards such as GB/T 50719 and BMB3-1999, is welded and formed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with a seamless six-sided shielding shell to ensure shielding performance meets the C-level standard (14kHz~20GHz). The product covers a full range of supporting equipment including shielded housings, electromagnetic shielding doors, ventilation waveguide windows, power filters, signal filters, and waveguide tubes, achieving comprehensive shielding of all incoming and outgoing lines including power, signal, ventilation, and optical fiber, preventing electromagnetic radiation leakage through the lines.


Among them, the power and signal filters act as the "electromagnetic protection throats" of the shielded data center, effectively filtering out high-frequency electromagnetic interference from incoming and outgoing lines, preventing external interference from entering the data center through the lines, and suppressing internal electromagnetic radiation from being transmitted outward through the lines, ensuring the overall shielding efficiency of the shielded equipment room is not reduced. The ventilation waveguide window adopts a honeycomb-shaped fully welded structure, ensuring ventilation and heat dissipation while effectively blocking electromagnetic wave penetration; The electromagnetic screen door features a dual-function design of manual and electric locking, offering excellent sealing performance and stable and reliable shielding performance.
