As the integration and operating frequency of electronic devices continue to increase, high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power lines is becoming increasingly severe. It not only affects the performance of the equipment itself but also transmits and interferes with other devices via the power grid, even causing system malfunctions, data loss, or authentication failures. EMI/EMC low-pass power filters, as core components for suppressing conducted interference, serve as a line of defense to ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electronic devices.
Our developed and produced EMI/EMC low-pass power supply filters use a mature LC low-pass filter topology, carefully selected high-quality inductors, capacitors, and flame-retardant housing materials. They are designed with high attenuation characteristics for high-frequency interference in the 150kHz~30MHz range, ensuring smooth flow of power frequency (50/60Hz) power supplies while efficiently filtering common-mode and differential-mode high-frequency noise from power lines. Our products cover a variety of specifications including single-phase, three-phase, and DC, with currents ranging from 1A~1000A to meet the needs of all scenarios from consumer electronics and industrial control to new energy frequency conversion systems.
Unlike ordinary filters, our EMI/EMC low-pass power supply filters strictly adhere to international EMC standards such as CISPR and IEC during the design phase. Through simulation optimization and real-world testing, we ensure that the product maintains stable insertion loss and low leakage current characteristics even in complex electromagnetic environments; Medical-grade products can control leakage current below 0.3mA, meeting the high safety requirements of medical equipment. At the same time, the product adopts a modular structural design for easy installation and simple maintenance, allowing it to be quickly integrated into the power input terminal, providing reliable electromagnetic interference protection for the device, helping customers smoothly pass EMC certification, and enhancing the product's market competitiveness.
